Opening day of Willits outdoor Farmers Market

Sunny and nice day at the market yesterday.  I brought the $1 - $2.00 soap slices and the $3.00 soap seconds.  The annual Maypole Dance happened with all ages having fun.

Dancing Madrone Soap Company will be at the opening of the outdoor farmers market tomorrow, May 1st (May Day). It is held at Bud Snyder Park in Willits. I'll be bringing $1.00 -$2.00 soap slices and $3.00 seconds soaps. Per usual I continue to use my own hydrosols and herbs in some of the soaps. Please stop by and say hi.

Wonderful Yarrow herb

I grow yarrow.  I use yarrow mostly as a styptic.  I gather and dry the leaves.  Rosemary Gladstar has this wonderful youtube video on it.
